#4 – $500 Deposit paid at booking, 3 equal installments charged May 29, July 31 & September 25, 2008

Cancellation Penalties:
- Prior to September 25, 2008 - $500 per room
- Between September 25 and October 31, 2008 – 50% of total booking amount
- November 1, 2008 and beyond – 100% of total booking amount
